Tianjin Pearl Beach International Country Club Co., Ltd has Received Approval from the Environmental Bureau in Tianjin for its Golf Course

Evergro Properties Limited (the "Company") had in its announcement of Second Quarter Results dated 13 August 2009 (announcement no. 00177) stated in Note 13 that its subsidiary, Tianjin Pearl Beach International Country Club Co., Ltd ("TPBICC"), was in the process of obtaining approval from the Environmental Bureau in Tianjin for its golf course operations.

The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the Environmental Bureau has completed its final acceptance inspection of TPBICC's golf course operations and issued the environment certification to TPBICC on 31 August 2009.
