Keppel’s sustainability performance recognised in 2025 GRESB Assessment

Keppel Ltd. (Keppel) is pleased to announce that its private funds, as well as Keppel REIT and Keppel DC REIT, have been recognised for their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance in the 2025 GRESB Assessment.

Keppel’s private funds, namely Alpha Asia Macro Trends Fund III, Keppel Asia Macro Trends Fund IV and Keppel Education Asset Fund I, as well as listed entities, Keppel REIT and Keppel DC REIT, achieved higher GRESB Scores and retained their GRESB Ratings. They also retained their GRESB Green Star designations, which recognise entities with commendable scores across the benchmark’s ESG components.

In addition to the GRESB recognition, Keppel’s sustainability performance has been acknowledged through various indices and awards. These include its inclusion in the Dow Jones Best-In-Class World and Asia-Pacific Indices, and its retention of the highest Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) ESG rating of AAA since 2020. It was also named one of the World’s Most Sustainable Companies by TIME magazine and Statista in 2024 and 2025.

Each year, GRESB assesses and benchmarks the performance of real assets worldwide, delivering trusted insights to financial markets on material performance factors that influence long-term value. The GRESB Assessments are guided by what investors and the industry consider to be the most material issues in the performance of asset investments and are aligned with international reporting frameworks, goals and emerging regulations.
