The Riviera at Puri has been awarded the “Best Private Township Development 2020” Award by the Indonesian Architects Insititute (“Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia, IAI”).
With the competition and selection process commenced since mid-2020 from a total of 220 project entries, The Riviera at Puri were shortlisted and formally announced the winner on 2 June 2021, held at Hotel Mulia Senayan, Jakarta.
The selection criteria were based on:
- Overall Design, Efficiency and Functionality
- Aesthetics
- Design Innovation
- Considerations to Natural Environment/Sustainability.
