For the third consecutive year, Keppel, a global asset manager and operator headquartered in Singapore, has earned Great Place To Work Certification™ by Great Place To Work®, a global authority on workplace culture.

Impressive numbers reflect Keppel’s effort

The Great Place to Work® certification is awarded through a strict evaluation process, including the Trust Index™ Employee Experience Survey, which is based on in-depth research, and the Culture Brief, which assesses company culture. These steps ensure that every company recognised as a Great Place to Work® truly deserves the title.

Specifically, through the Trust Index™ employee experience survey conducted in early 2025, 92% of employees rated Keppel as an ideal workplace, far exceeding the global average of 59% for companies in general.
