Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, 16 November 2024 – Keppel and its projects were honoured with five awards at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards (VPA) 2024, including the distinguished Developer of the Decade award. This accolade, presented in conjunction with PropertyGuru VPA's 10th anniversary, celebrates visionary companies that have set the benchmark for excellence in Vietnam’s real estate sector over the past ten years.

In addition, Keppel won the Sustainable Design Award in the Environmental, Social and Governance Developer category, reflecting its dedication to sustainable design and environmentally responsible practices that minimise impact across construction, operation and maintenance.

A residential project jointly developed by Keppel and Khang Dien in Thu Duc City, won both the Best High-End Housing Development (HCMC) and Best Nature Integrated Development awards for its seamless integration of high-end living with nature and sustainable green spaces. Hanoi Centre, Keppel’s upcoming retail development in Hanoi, also won the Best Retail Interior Design award.

One of Keppel's notable projects in Vietnam is The Estella in District 2, which holds the distinction of being the first development in the country to receive the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA)’s Green Mark certification. Since then, Keppel has garnered a total of 14 BCA Green Mark certifications for its projects in Vietnam, underscoring its leadership in promoting eco-friendly and sustainable developments.

Building on its track record, Keppel is driving a sustainable urban renewal strategy, including in Vietnam, which aims to create greener urban solutions by rejuvenating older buildings with green technology, and incorporating green design features when redeveloping existing buildings that require a major overhaul or rebuild.

The PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards, organised by the PropertyGuru Group, are part of the 2024 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series of celebrations, which are set to culminate in the 19th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in December 2024. The winners of the awards in Vietnam will be eligible to compete for the ‘Best in Asia’ titles at the grand finale in Bangkok, Thailand.
