The site for development is adjacent to Keppel Land's existing Spring City Golf and Lake Resort (Spring City), which has two world-class golf courses and resort homes. Keppel Land’s new development will be modelled after the modern residential estates of the West. This residential development will be Keppel's second foray into Kunming, the first being the renowned Spring City. Spring City is the premier integrated golf resort in Kunming, with luxury villas nestled within the resort. It has two championship golf courses which have garnered international accolades since they were completed in 1998. Most recently, the Robert Trent Jones course was nominated by the US Golf Digest as the 'Best Golf Course in China and Hong Kong for 2001'.
