We refer to the online circulation of a fraudulent advertisement in December 2018 on the launch of an alleged riverfront township in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 9. The advertisement, titled “KEPPEL LAND MỞ BÁN ĐẤT NỀN – KHU ĐÔ THỊ SINH THÁI VEN SÔNG ĐỐI DIỆN VINCITY QUẬN 9” (Keppel Land selling land plots in ‘riverfront ecological township’ opposite VinCity in District 9), states that the project is jointly developed by Keppel Land, Vinacapital and Donacoop.
We wish to point out that Keppel Land is currently not launching any project in District 9 or in the Dong Nai province.
