In Vietnam, Keppel has established itself as a leading developer through a portfolio of iconic developments, including the latest projects – Celesta Avenue (jointly developed with Phu Long) and Gladia by the Waters (jointly developed with Khang Dien). Celesta Avenue, the latest phase within CELESTA City, features 43 limited-edition, dual-frontage shophouses with land sizes ranging from 196 to 469 square meters. Designed with careful consideration for flexibility, these homes enable future homeowners to combine residential living and business operations within the same location. The project is scheduled for handover in 4Q 2025.
Spanning a land area of 11.8 hectares with a low built-up ratio of about 23%, Gladia by the Waters prioritises spaciousness, lush greenery and a strong connection with nature. Every home is designed with a private green space and situated close to parks and amenities. Wide internal roads, which are up to 25 metres, ensure seamless connectivity and a comfortable living environment.
The Vietnam Outstanding Property Awards programme, now in its 8th year, is assessed by a panel of esteemed experts from government bodies and leading market research organisations. The awards aim to recognise and honour sustainable values and acknowledge the contributions of pioneering developers to Vietnam’s dynamic real estate market.
