Mr Joseph Low also highlighted Keppel’s approach to integrating nature into its projects, from planning and optimizing natural ventilation to using eco-friendly materials and leveraging technology to reduce emissions. A notable example is The Infiniti, the third phase of the Riviera Point development in the former District 7, which became the first project in Vietnam to adopt CO₂ Mineralised Concrete (CMC), a sustainable concrete solution that helps reduce carbon emissions during construction stage.
