Keppel, together with Standard Chartered and Arcadia Consulting, jointly hosted an exclusive real estate market outlook event on 14 May at Sedona Suites, Keppel’s premier serviced apartments in Ho Chi Minh City.
The event provided an in-depth analysis of the real estate market in Vietnam, particularly in Ho Chi Minh City, and featured insights from real estate experts.

Mr Marc Townsend, Senior Advisor of Arcadia Consulting, highlighted the enhancements in Ho Chi Minh City's infrastructure, along with updates on pricing, supply, transactions, and current market trends. “We can see sustainable demand for high-quality housing from expats, increasing domestic apartment rental demand. Beyond that, the new real estate law will give more guidance and clarification for investors,” said Mr Townsend. Concluding his analysis, he said, “The worst is over.”
