Keppel has been recognised as one of the top 10 developers in Vietnam at the prestigious BCI Asia Awards 2024, held on 31 May 2024. This achievement underscores Keppel's commitment to excellence in developing innovative and high-quality projects in Vietnam. Two of Keppel’s under-construction projects in Vietnam, The Infiniti and Celesta Rise, were pivotal in securing this accolade.
The Top 10 Developers of BCI Asia Awards 2024 were chosen based on the greatest aggregate value of projects under construction during the last full calendar year, weighted by the extent of their sustainability efforts.

The Infiniti is the third phase of Keppel’s Riviera Point development in District 7. The project features a biophilic design which seamlessly weaves the elements of nature into its architecture and layout. It offers the largest private water playground amidst a lush Hawaiian-inspired landscape in District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City. The Infiniti, as part of the Riviera Point development, received the Green Mark Gold certification from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore and the Green Property Award at the Vietnam Outstanding Property Awards 2023, highlighting its commitment to sustainability and innovative design.
Meanwhile, the 2.8-ha Celesta Rise, the first phase of CELESTA City, is a joint venture between Keppel and Phu Long. This five-tower project features 923 premium units and more than 40 curated facilities and vibrant spaces. It has also received the Green Mark Gold certification from BCA and was named the Best Mid End Condo Development (HCMC) at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2021. Celesta Rise is expected to be handed over to residents by 3Q 2024.
