With a retail presence spanning 11 cities across Asia and 1 million square meters of asset under management, Keppel is dedicated to developing world-class retail spaces that enhance footfall, maximize tenant value, and create vibrant shopping experiences for shoppers.

In Ho Chi Minh City, Saigon Centre and Estella Place stand as prime examples of Keppel’s commitment to redefining the retail landscape, blending shopping, dining, and lifestyle elements in a thoughtfully curated environment. These flagship malls were among the first in Vietnam to implement a structured approach to elevating customer experiences.

Building on this success, Keppel is now expanding its footprint in the northern market with Hanoi Centre, slated to open this year.

Located at 175 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, a prime location in the heart of the capital, Hanoi Centre marks another milestone in Keppel’s expansion of modern retail spaces in Vietnam. Spanning five shopping floors with nearly 240 stores, Hanoi Centre is set to bring together leading international and local brands while offering a comprehensive ecosystem of services to meet the evolving needs of today’s consumers.

Beyond customer experience, Hanoi Centre stands out with its unique architectural design, blending modern aesthetics with traditional cultural elements. A striking highlight of the project is a century-old banyan tree placed at the heart of the shopping complex, symbolizing the seamless connection between nature and urban architecture, creating a one-of-a-kind retail atmosphere.
