Mr Lous Lim, CEO, Real Estate, Keppel Ltd., delivering a speech at the event.
Mr Louis Lim said, “Vietnam is one of our key markets. For over three decades, we have been committed to contributing to shaping its urban landscape with high-quality, thoughtfully designed and sustainable developments and The Infiniti exemplifies this commitment.”
Designed with a biophilic concept, The Infiniti seamlessly integrates natural elements into its architectural and landscape design. The development features the largest private water playground in District 7, along with Hawaii-inspired amenities such as an adventure jungle, treehouses, waterfalls,... The project also dedicated more than 65% of the project area to greenery and allocated 1,700 square meters for water surfaces, creating a resort-like living experience.
Comprising 822 premium units, including an exclusive collection of 8 penthouses, 24 shophouses and 32 4-bedroom duplex units, the project is poised to meet the varying housing needs of our homebuyers.

Beyond offering a high quality living environment, The Infiniti underscores Keppel’s commitment to sustainability. It is the first project in Vietnam to incorporate sustainable concrete solutions via CO2 Mineralised Concrete (CMC) technology, which enables the embodied carbon to be removed and reduced at the construction stage. The Infiniti, using the specialised Very Low-Carbon concrete for the mass foundation and the CMC technology for the superstructure, supplied by FiCO Pan-United Concrete (FiCO PanU), would remove and reduce a total of 2,700 tonnes of embodied carbon compared to using conventional materials. This is estimated to be equivalent to carbon sequestered by 44,645 tree seedlings grown over 10 years(*).
Keppel’s dedication to green and sustainable developments has earned The Infiniti numerous awards and accolades, including the Green Mark Gold certification from Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority (BCA). The project was also recognised at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2022 as Best Condo Development in Vietnam, Best Green Development in Vietnam, Best Waterfront Condo Development in Vietnam, and Best Condo Landscape Architectural Design in Vietnam. Additionally, it was named The Green Property Award at the Vietnam Outstanding Property Awards 2023.
The Infiniti is expected to be handed over to homebuyers in Dec 2025.
