HCMC, 08/10/2021 – Keppel Land has once again been recognised as one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2021” – Vietnam Region by HR Asia Magazine, a leading publication for human resources in the region. This is the second consecutive year that the company has received the award.

The award recognises companies that have the best HR practices, demonstrate high levels of employee engagement and possess excellent workplace culture. It covers various markets across Asia, including Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, the UAE and Vietnam. In Vietnam, Keppel Land emerged as one of the top employers from a pool of 581 shortlisted nominees from various industries.

The award recipients were selected based on the responses of 30,000 employees from 581 companies in Vietnam to the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) survey, HR Asia’s proprietary employee engagement survey, which provides companies with a unique 360-degree insight into employee morale, needs, expectations and engagement levels.
