Best Developer in Vietnam for consecutive year

Keppel Land received seven accolades at Euromoney Real Estate Awards 2013, of which five were given for operations in Vietnam.

Ho Chi Minh City, October 2013 – Keppel Land Limited (Keppel Land) clinched a total of seven awards at the prestigious Euromoney Real Estate Awards 2013 by international finance magazine, Euromoney.

The awards garnered are:

  1. Best Developer in Vietnam
  2. Best Residential Developer in Vietnam
  3. Best Office & Business Developer in Vietnam
  4. Best Mixed-Use Developer in Vietnam
  5. Retail Developer in Vietnam (Second)
  6. Best Office & Business Developer in Singapore
  7. Best Residential Developer in Indonesia

This is the second consecutive year that Keppel Land has been named Best Developer, Best Residential Developer and Best Mixed-use Developer in Vietnam and sixth consecutive year that the Company has been named the Best Office & Business Developer in Singapore.

The Euromoney awards recognise the best in the global real estate industry. The results were based on an annual real estate survey among real estate developers, advisors, financial institutions, investors and corporate end-users and advisory firms in over 70 countries. With over 2,000 responses, it was the biggest Euromoney Real Estate Poll.
