Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, 16 September 2024 – Keppel Ltd. and Samsung Vina Electronics Co., Ltd have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on the implementation of smart technology solutions in Vietnam’s real estate sector. The collaboration will explore the implementation and promotion of smart technologies in Vietnam’s real estate sector, leveraging the combined strengths of both Keppel and Samsung, to create innovative, sustainable solutions that enhance the quality of life for residents and tenants.

As part of this collaboration, Keppel will partner Samsung in implementing new smart technologies in Keppel and/or its affiliates’ commercial and residential developments in Vietnam. Samsung will bring to the table its cutting-edge technology, technical expertise, and extensive research and development capabilities to support Keppel and/or its affiliates’ projects. This includes providing technical support, training and workshops, as well as contributing manpower, equipment and devices for feasibility studies and implementation.

The MOU was signed by Mr Joseph Low, President, Real Estate (Vietnam) of Keppel Ltd., and Mr Lee Chung Lyong, CEO and President of Samsung Vina Electronics Co., Ltd.
