Keppel’s dividend payout is underpinned by the resilience of its multi-business strategy. While it does not have a formal dividend policy, Keppel has a track record for distributing about 50 to 60% of its annual net profit as dividends.

Keppel's American Depository Receipts (ADR) Programme was launched in 1990, with a registered size of 100 million American depository shares with the Securities Exchange Commission. In April 2011, Keppel offered a 10% bonus issue. New ADRs were issued in the ratio of one ADR for every 10 ADRs held as at 28 April 2011.

Each ADR is represented by 2 ordinary shares. The ADRs are tradable in the US OTC market, with the ticker symbol KEPLY. Citibank is the Depositary Bank for our ADR programme and acts as our stock transfer agent for these ADRs.
