The two-year Keppel Associate Programme (KAP) seeks to give high-calibre talents the commercial exposure, industry knowledge and professional networks they will need to become Keppel’s future leaders.

Through job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership programmes, you will be immersed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be exposed to exciting opportunities across Keppel's various industries. 

High-performing individuals who exhibit the potential to take on leadership positions in the organisation will be invited to join the Keppel Young Leaders Programme after graduating from the KAP, and will also be exposed to managerial duties within five to six years of joining.

We are in search of talented graduates with global mindset who possess:

• A good degree in related disciplines with strong academic achievements
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• High motivation with strong learning ability
