Leading Keppel Volunteers, a company-wide ground-up volunteer movement, has been a very meaningful and fulfilling experience. I enjoy engaging with different groups of beneficiaries, driving new initiatives and at the same time, doing good with fellow Keppelites. Through various volunteering activities, I had the opportunity to see how volunteerism instills a culture of altruism, inspiring Keppelities to give back to the less fortunate, creating a ripple effect of kindness and generosity in communities we operate in.
My experience at Keppel as a Project Liaison Manager goes beyond just a job—it's about being part of a mission to create environmentally sustainable solutions while fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork. Working in Singapore offers me the chance to engage in groundbreaking projects, develop our operational capabilities, and create cross-cultural synergy that enhances personal growth and fosters diversity in innovative solutions. My Keppel journey began with the Energy-as-a-Service team in Keppel (Infrastructure), where I had the opportunity to build on my engineering foundation and grow into broader commercial, strategic and business development responsibilities. In my current role, I focus on business growth and performance improvement, including AI-enabled solutions that support value creation. Beyond my core role, Keppel Young Leaders has given me a practical platform to work with peers across the Group, understand different perspectives and contribute to initiatives that help young leaders connect, learn and step forward. Keppel has continuously stretched my thinking, broadened my perspective and encouraged me to take ownership of my own growth.
