Over 450 residents had a sneak peek into their dream home at The Estella during a briefing session for homebuyers of Phase 1 on 16 September 2012. Held at the well-appointed clubhouse, homebuyers also took the opportunity to tour the show suites to get inspiration and ideas on how to fit-out their new homes.
The residents also toured the development and were visibly impressed by the quality of fittings and finishes as well as the comprehensive range of recreational facilities including a 50-metre lap pool and tennis courts set amidst lush surrounds with round-the-clock security.
The Estella is Keppel Land's first condominium project in Ho Chi Minh City. Conveniently located near the central business district in the popular residential area of An Phu Ward in District 2. Phase 1 of the development, which comprises 719 homes, was completed on time.
Incorporating some of the latest in green technology, The Estella is the first property in Vietnam to be conferred the internationally-recognised Green Mark Gold Award by the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore.
