Keppel Land Limited (Keppel Land), together with its joint venture partner, Tien Phuoc, have achieved a strong take-up for Estella Heights’ Phase 2 development – the Signature Collection. Ahead of the main launch to be held in HCMC on the weekend of 31 October 2015, a total of 170 units of the 273 launched units have been sold over two weekends at an average of VND 45,000,000 (US$2,000) per sm at a special preview in HCMC and a roadshow in Singapore.
