The handover event of Celesta Rise was held on 9 November, marking a key milestone in the development of CELESTA City, a 6.2-hectare flagship development in Saigon South.
Celesta Rise, the first phase of CELESTA City jointly developed by Keppel and Phu Long, spans 2.8 hectares and comprises five towers with 923 units. Each unit has been designed with a thoughtful layout that maximizes natural ventilation, ensuring a comfortable and energy-efficient living environment. The development features over 40 curated amenities to enhance residents’ quality of life, from tranquil green landscapes and spacious pools to active play areas and community spaces.
Celesta Rise has also been recognised for its sustainable approach to urban living, holding the Green Mark Gold certification from Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority (BCA). The project also won Best Mid-end Condo Development (HCMC) at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2021.
Construction began in July 2022, with Hoa Binh as the main contractor. The project was topped out in January 2024 and is now being handed over to homebuyers in November of the same year.
As part of the handover process, several initiatives have been introduced to enhance the customer experience. These include a Residential App, enabling homeowners to conveniently schedule their handover dates, access schedules for amenities, track fees, contact the Management Office and submit any defect reports directly through the app . A Handover Video Guide and a specially curated Handover Kit were also provided, offering homeowners the resources and guidance needed for a seamless experience when moving into their new home.
With Celesta Rise, Keppel and Phu Long are not only delivering homes but are also setting a new standard for community living in Saigon South. This project is a testament to both companies’ commitment to creating sustainable, high-quality urban spaces that enrich the lives of residents.
