On 12 June, Keppel and Khang Dien officially launched Gladia Heights, a premium riverside apartment development in eastern Ho Chi Minh City (formerly District 2). The event welcomed nearly 1,700 guests, including strategic partners such as sales agencies, education and financial institutions.

As the next phase of the Gladia by the Waters development, Gladia Heights introduces a new standard of apartment living, built on a long-term vision that combines nature, quality amenities, and sustainable community value.

Set on a 1.26-hectare site, Gladia Heights comprises three residential towers and a retail shophouse component within the 12-hectare Gladia by the Waters development, which is located within a 60-hectare master-planned urban area in eastern Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC). The township is designed with a full range of lifestyle amenities, including schools, healthcare facilities, administrative and cultural centers, retail and entertainment destinations, as well as parks and public spaces. Located next to the Thu Thiem financial centre, the project is just 15 minutes from Ba Son Bridge and 20 minutes from Ben Thanh Market, while benefiting from the area’s rapidly evolving infrastructure that continues to transform eastern HCMC.

Benefiting from this integrated master plan, Gladia Heights is surrounded by a green living environment featuring landscaped open space, five internal parks, and more than 60 lifestyle amenities. From spaces for relaxation and recreation to areas designed for community interaction, every element has been thoughtfully planned to meet the needs of residents across different generations.

In addition, all residential towers at Gladia Heights have achieved Singapore’s BCA Green Mark Gold certification, demonstrating the developers’ commitment to internationally recognised green building standards.

Ms Le Thi Minh Tam, General Director of the joint venture company of Gladia Heights, shared: “We believe the value of a development lies not only in what it offers today, but also in how well it responds to the needs of tomorrow. This belief is reflected in Future-First, the guiding philosophy behind Gladia Heights, where every decision is made with a long-term vision for residents, communities, and future generations.”

At Gladia Heights, the Future-First philosophy is reflected through four core values: Grow – nurturing an environment where children can thrive; Breath – fostering a harmonious connection with nature; Relax – creating opportunities to recharge amid urban life; and Reap – building lasting value over time.

Every aspect of the development, from planning and landscaping to amenities and shared spaces, has been carefully designed to promote well-being and strengthen community connections. More than simply a place to live, Gladia Heights aims to create a living environment where residents can thrive physically, mentally, and socially.
