Ho Chi Minh City, 24 October 2022 – Keppel Land and its projects were conferred 11 awards at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2022, one of the most respected and sought-after real estate honours celebrating the best of the industry in the past year.

Keppel Land won the Best Sustainable Developer award, which recognises developers that have consistently implemented environmentally sensitive design features, used low-impact construction materials, as well as installed energy- and waste-efficient systems in their projects. In addition, Keppel Land was named the Best Mixed-Use Developer, as well as garnered Special Recognition awards in the Environmental, Social and Governance; Sustainable Design and Construction; and Corporate Social Responsibility categories.

The Infiniti at Riviera Point, Keppel Land’s residential development in District 7 in Ho Chi Minh City, was conferred the title of Best Condo Development (Vietnam). The development was also named the Best Green Development, Best Waterfront Condo Development and won the Best Condo Landscape Architectural Design for its sustainable features as well as excellent flora and outdoor features. Celesta Heights and Celesta Avenue, residential projects jointly developed by Keppel Land and Phu Long in Nha Be District of Ho Chi Minh City, won the Best Condo Architectural Design and Best Housing Development (HCMC) awards, respectively.

In addition, Mr Joseph Low, President (Vietnam) of Keppel Land, won the Vietnam Real Estate Personality of the Year award for his leadership and contributions to the industry.

The Awards in Vietnam are part of the 2022 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series of celebrations, which are set to culminate in the 17th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final on 9 December 2022. The winners of the awards in Vietnam will be eligible to compete for the ‘Best in Asia’ titles at the grand finale in Bangkok, Thailand.
