Keppel Ltd., through its Real Estate Division, has partnered with HTV Dai Phuoc Company Limited and Vinobly Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company to develop Saigon Sports City, a 64-hectare integrated township in Ho Chi Minh City. The partnership advances Keppel’s asset-light strategy, with Keppel retaining a 30% stake while continuing to drive project management and development.

Envisioned as Vietnam’s first one-stop sports, entertainment and lifestyle hub, Saigon Sports City will feature over 3,000 premium homes, alongside retail, recreational, and community spaces. The project is designed to be a smart and sustainable urban development, aligned with Vietnam’s long-term growth plans.
