M1 and StarHub have signed an exclusive agreement to cooperate and submit a joint bid for a 5G licence.

The parties are working towards the 17 February 2020 closing date for 5G proposals.

The above agreement is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and net tangible asset per share of Keppel Corporation for the financial year ending 31 December 2020.
