KORE US REIT Management appoints Ms Lau Hwei Lynn as Independent Director to its Board

KORE US REIT Management Pte. Ltd. (KORE US REIT Management), the manager of KORE US REIT, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Lau Hwei Lynn (刘慧琳) as an independent non-executive director, a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, as well as a member of the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee to the Board of KORE US REIT Management, with effect from 31 July 2026.

Ms Lau, 56, brings more than 30 years of experience in financial services, spanning private equity, business management and capital raising across Asia and Europe. She has a strong track record in building and scaling investment platforms, operating across complex regulatory environments, and leading significant fundraising and capital markets initiatives.

Most recently, Ms Lau served as Managing Director and CFO, Southeast Asia, at Warburg Pincus Singapore Pte. Ltd., until June 2026. In that role, she partnered with the Asia real estate management team on investment portfolio management and capital raising. Prior to that, she was CFO and Board Director at 65 Equity Partners, a Temasek-backed global investment firm, where she was part of the founding team and developed the firm's inaugural ESG assessment framework. Ms Lau previously held senior leadership positions at American International Group (AIG), where she also served as a Board Director of AIG APAC Holdings, Legal & General Group plc and Standard Life plc (now known as Aberdeen Group plc).

Ms Lau holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Accountancy (Second Upper Honours) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Compositions of the Board and the Board Committees

Following the above appointment, the Board of KORE US REIT Management will comprise seven directors, of whom five are independent directors. The compositions of the Board and the Board committees with effect from 31 July 2026 will be as follows:
