Keppel Ltd. (Keppel) has been named the Apex Winner in the Sustainable Solutions category of the Singapore Apex Corporate Sustainability Awards 2025. The award was conferred by the UN Global Compact Network Singapore (UNGCNS), the local chapter of the United Nations Global Compact, and was presented by Mr Lim Boon Heng, former Chairman of Temasek Holdings, to Mr Ho Tong Yen, Chief Sustainability Officer of Keppel, on 9 October 2025.

The Singapore Apex Corporate Sustainability Awards is one of the most prestigious awards for companies in Singapore on corporate sustainability, recognising companies whose business operations or solutions have exemplified the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact on environment, human rights, labour and anti-corruption. The Apex Winner Award in the Sustainable Solutions category recognises companies that perform exceptionally well in developing products or services with outstanding technological attributes that address the sustainable needs of other businesses, the environment and society.

In addition, it seeks to positively influence sustainability practices in the industry through thought leadership as well as donations to support sustainability-related initiatives.

Keppel’s sustainability performance has been acknowledged through various indices and awards, including inclusion in the Dow Jones Best-In-Class World and Asia-Pacific Indices and retaining the triple-A Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) ESG rating. It was also named by TIME magazine and Statista as one of the World’s Most Sustainable Companies in 2024 and 2025. In September 2025, Keppel was also conferred the Impact Enterprise of the Year for Large Enterprises at the Sustainability Impact Awards 2025 presented by The Business Times and UOB.
